Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is representing a leading medical device company seeking a Medical Sales Representative / Territory Manager specializing in vascular products. This is a high-impact role managing a strong existing territory while expanding market share across Iowa and Nebraska.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is focused on driving sales of innovative vascular medical devices within hospital and surgical environments. You will build relationships with vascular surgeons and clinical teams while supporting procedures and introducing new technologies into the market.

TERRITORY
• Iowa and Nebraska
• Must reside within 25 miles of Des Moines, IA or Omaha, NE
• Approximately 30% travel required

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $80,000
• Total Compensation at Plan: $170,000–$180,000
• Average First-Year Earnings: $159,000
• Average Rep Compensation: $178,000
• 90% of reps achieved quota
• Automatic increases in base and commission for quota attainment
• $600 monthly car allowance plus company gas card

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive sales of vascular medical devices within hospitals and surgical settings
• Build and maintain relationships with vascular surgeons and hospital stakeholders
• Expand existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
• Introduce new product lines and technologies to the market
• Provide case support and clinical expertise during procedures
• Execute territory strategy to meet and exceed sales quotas

Requirements

• 2–10 years of medical device sales experience preferred (up to 15 years considered)
• Vascular sales experience REQUIRED
• Experience selling into hospitals and working with surgeons REQUIRED
• Demonstrated history of quota achievement
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Stable work history required (no job hopping)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
