I. JOB SUMMARY:
As a key leader in a person-centered care environment, the Nursing Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Home. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care for individuals, 24/7. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for initiating emergency procedures when necessary, planning and coordinating nursing activities, and effectively organizing, directing, and assigning nursing staff.
In addition to managing daily operations, the Nursing Supervisor plays an integral role in the recruitment and performance assessment of nursing staff. Proficiency in nursing practices is essential, as the Supervisor may also be required to take on nursing assignments when needed. This position demands a compassionate leader committed to maintaining exceptional care standards and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, which requires a flexible work schedule that may include some work extending past hours to meet the needs of the Home.
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday. Must work 2 weekend shifts a month.
