Work Schedule: 
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 6:30 am – 5:30 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay: Pay range is based on a full-time (100%) position.

We are seeking an Ophthalmology Supervisor to:
•    Assist with leading the daily clinical functions of the clinic including maintaining clinical standards and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
•    Work alongside outstanding physicians, fellows, residents and medical students.
•    Provide a safe and comforting atmosphere for eye care patients of all ages.
•    Assist with optometry.

Qualifications
•    High School Diploma Required
•    Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Work Experience
•    2 years of optician experience Required
•    2 years of leadership experience Required
•    4 years of leadership experience Preferred
•    Lab training or experience Preferred 
•    Contact lens training or experience Preferred
•    Optical lab experience and/or optometric technician experience Preferred
•    2 years or more of work experience with processing insurance claims Preferred

Licenses & Certifications
•    American Board of Opticianry (ABO) Certification within 18-months or three (3) testing periods from the date of hire Required
•    Applicable clinical certifications Preferred
