General Administrative Support
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, copying, and data entry.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files for efficient record-keeping.
Resident Interaction:
• Serve as a point of contact for resident inquiries and requests, offering friendly and helpful assistance.
• Coordinate with property management to address and resolve resident concerns promptly.
Record Maintenance
• Maintain accurate resident records and databases.
• Update resident information as needed, ensuring that records are current and complete.
• Appointment and Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and community events.
• Assist in preparing meeting materials and documentation.
Communication
• Assist in drafting and distributing notices, announcements, and updates to residents.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure effective communication within the community.
Team Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve common goals and enhance community operations.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with condominium or property management is a plus.

Experience/Education/Training
• 1-2 years of real estate and/or property management experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
• Real Estate experience and Community Association Manager (CAM) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) licenses preferred.
Special Requirements
• Potential physical demands may include lifting up to 35lbs; standing, sitting, walking, and occasional climbing.
• Employee is required to work at a personal computer and/or talk on the phone for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work extended/flexible hours and optional weekends to meet deadlines.
• Ability to respond to emergencies (both during and after business hours) in a timely manner.
