Responsibilities Provide supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Aides in accordance with state/federal regulations Evaluate patients, review medical history, and diagnose movement dysfunction Develop and modify individualized treatment plans Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA Why Work with Big Stone Staffing?
