Production Labor - Toppings 2nd Shift

Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing assigned production tasks efficiently, safely, and accurately. The incumbent will work collaboratively with team members to maintain optimal line performance while ensuring product quality and promptly communicating any issues or concerns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards at all times
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain proper use of PPE and adhere to all sanitation procedures
• Communicate production concerns or issues immediately to the Lead or Supervisor
• Ensure all product quality specifications and standards are consistently met
• Comply with all safety regulations, including OSHA requirements and company policies
• Support team operations to maintain smooth and efficient production flow

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to follow work instructions and maintain required production pace
• Strong communication skills to support team collaboration and production needs
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily

Physical Demands

• Ability to work in cold and variable temperature environments
• Required to wear PPE and follow sanitation protocols at all times
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent movement including:
  • Bending
  • Stooping
  • Reaching overhead
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

Work Environment

This role operates in a food manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and moderate to high noise levels from machinery and equipment.
