Role Overview

Responsible for managing and improving production scheduling to ensure efficient operations. Aligns schedules with demand, maintains accurate data, and supports performance through analysis and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage daily production schedules based on demand, inventory, materials, and capacity
  • Review schedules, priorities, and system data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate with production, inventory, sales, and other teams to resolve conflicts and shortages
  • Monitor production flow and identify risks, delays, or bottlenecks
  • Prepare and analyze reports on production, inventory, and performance metrics
  • Improve planning, scheduling processes, and reporting systems
  • Support inventory control, stock reviews, and accuracy improvements
  • Ensure the availability of materials and supplies for continuous production
  • Maintain accurate planning and inventory data in systems
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve planning visibility and effectiveness
  • Follow safety procedures and complete additional assigned tasks

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of production scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment (high SKU preferred)
  • Strong experience with ERP/MRP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills with reporting and data analysis expertise
  • Proven ability to coordinate across production, inventory, and sales functions
  • Solid understanding of production flow and inventory control
