Bloom Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a commercial landscape construction company seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from kickoff through closeout and ensure work is delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing landscape construction projects from kickoff through closeout. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, field superintendents, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.

Each Project Manager oversees a portfolio of active work and is accountable for financial performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

• Manage $4M–$5M in active construction projects
• Coordinate with field superintendents and union crews
• Manage schedules, sequencing, and daily jobsite execution
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements

Client & Financial Management

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned projects
• Handle change orders, cost tracking, and margin protection
• Support project closeout, billing, and documentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in landscape or site construction
• Experience with grading, planting, irrigation, hardscape, and site work
• Strong client-facing and field coordination skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with union labor a plus (not required)

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000–$125,000
