Looking for a flexible internship where you can get real experience and build your resume? We’re looking for a part-time Adminstrative Intern to join our team from Spring through Fall.

About Us

At Cross Creek Nursery & Landscaping, no two days are the same. One day you might see a truck heading out to install a new landscape, the next you’ll see fresh flowers being arranged for a wedding or customers picking out plants for their gardens. Since 1974, we’ve grown from a small nursery into a team of 200+ people working across garden centers, landscaping, floral, and plant services.

Working here means being part of a creative, fast-paced environment surrounded by plants, flowers, and people who love what they do. Even in the office, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how all those pieces come together, from supporting the crews in the field to helping keep our stores and floral teams running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll work alongside our back office team helping with things like:

• Filing and organizing documents
• Data entry
• Helping with billing tasks
• Assisting HR with employee paperwork and organization
• Supporting small projects in IT and marketing
• General office help wherever it’s needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and is willing to jump in and help
• Is organized and pays attention to details
• Communicates well
• Likes solving problems or figuring things out
• Isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty when needed

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:
Part-time with flexible hours. Our office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and we’ll work around your class schedule.

This is a great opportunity to learn how the behind-the-scenes side of a business works while getting hands-on expeirence in serveral fields, you will be working closely with the marketing, human resources, and billing departments.
