Responsibilities:
- Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of staff, customers, and property.
- Patrol designated areas to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activity.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances in a calm and professional manner.
- Write clear and accurate incident reports when required.
- Monitor cameras and security systems.
- Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times.
- Enforce company policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
- Provide assistance to staff and customers when needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous security experience preferred, but not required.
- Evening and weekend availability required.
- Must be dependable, alert, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties as needed.
