Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC is looking to add associate attorneys to its growing business and tax practice. This position is based out of our Grand Rapids office, with a hybrid work policy available following a successful period of in-person training.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Successful applicant will be supporting senior attorneys in the business and tax practice group on a variety of corporate and tax matters, including contract drafting, business and tax planning, compliance, and transactional support. requiring a strong understanding of business law, tax regulations, and the ability to effectively research and analyze complex legal issues.
Candidates should have experience with a wide range of business formation and governance, corporate transactions, M&A, securities, investments, and joint ventures and desire to collaborate with others in the business and tax group to achieve the best possible results for our clients. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of business and tax law experience.
