The Job:
The Spa Receptionist serves as the first and last impression of the spa experience, delivering warm, gracious, and anticipatory service to every guest. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, facilitating seamless arrivals and departures, supporting retail sales, and ensuring smooth daily spa operations in alignment with luxury hospitality standards

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and elevated environment
- Manage spa reservations, appointment scheduling, and confirmations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on spa services, enhancements, retail products, and property offerings
- Promote retail and service upgrades to support guest wellness goals and spa revenue objectives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, and retail displays
-Coordinate effectively with therapists and spa leadership to ensure seamless daily operations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and uphold confidentiality standards
-Participate in required trainings, meetings, and team development initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous experience in hospitality, spa, wellness, or luxury retail preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with booking software and POS systems (Book4Time experience preferred, if applicable)
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Frequent walking between reception, retail, and guest areas
- Ability to lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds (such as retail products or supply boxes)
- Occasional bending, reaching, and repetitive motion related to job duties
- Manual dexterity to operate POS systems, keyboards, and office equipment
