    Position Title: Substitute Office Professionals:  Health Secretary and Administrative Assistant 2025-26 SY
    Primary Location: District-Wide
    Assignment Specifications: On-Call; Winona Area Public Schools continuously accepts online applications for prospective substitute Office Professional, Administrative Assistant and Health Secretary to sub within the district. Applications will be reviewed as needed.
    Rate of Pay: $15.50, unless subbing for 15 consecutive days for the same employee.  At that time, Step 1 of the classification of position rate kicks in.  


    Responsibilities: In the absence of the regularly scheduled Office Professional, Administrative Assistant or Health Secretary the Substitute would need to follow the instructions as laid out in the substitute plans to ensure consistency in the day to day operations of the office setting.  These positions will work with students, families, staff, and administration. Some responsibilities may include answering phones, assisting and directing substitute teachers and substitute educational assistants to their assignments and referring individuals to administration as needed and administering medication to students. (Health Secretary will need training ahead of time)

    Qualifications: A High School Diploma and previous experience working in an office setting with technology is required.
