Construction Sales Talent is recruiting a Territory Sales Manager on behalf of a fast\-growing North American safety solutions manufacturer expanding aggressively across the U.S.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

This is not an inside sales position. It’s a field\-driven, technical sales role where your work directly contributes to safer workplaces while generating meaningful revenue you can proudly put your name on.<\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

You’ll run your territory like a business, backed by engineering and project teams, while helping customers create environments where people go home safe every day.<\/span>

  • Conducting on\-site facility assessments<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver compliant safety solutions<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Engaging safety leaders, operations teams, procurement, and executives<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Managing consultative sales cycles<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Forecasting opportunities through CRM<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Representing the organization at industry events when needed<\/span>
    <\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Consistently achieving revenue and margin targets<\/span>

      Requirements<\/span>

      • 5+ years in industrial, construction, or technical consultative sales<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Experience selling customized or complex solutions<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Comfort reviewing drawings or technical documentation<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Strong communication and territory management skills<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • CRM and MS Office proficiency<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Proven performance in industrial or commercial environments<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li>

      • Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops during site assessments<\/span>
        <\/span><\/p><\/li> <\/ul>
