The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving profitable growth performance objectives within their assigned territory (KS and MO). The Business Development Manager is accountable for profitably growing their assigned Workers’ Compensation portfolio by identifying new agency relationships, building on existing ones, and the overall development and management of professional business relationships. This role will create and implement tactical plans in support of long-term territory specific strategies.
This position offers a home-based work opportunity. The successful candidate must reside in the assigned territory which includes the states of Kansas and Missouri.
Frequent travel with some overnight stays will be required (50-75% travel).
